Fat-dissolving injections are performed in-office in one of our private treatment rooms. Before starting, we'll cleanse the skin and apply a numbing ointment. The injection process takes around 15 minutes and includes several small injections into the submental area. Some patients may only need one treatment to achieve their desired goal, while others may require a series of injections spaced three weeks apart at our North Aurora, IL office.
